PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet device capable of easily flushing a toilet with a user's will by holding the human body within a range of sitting detection by making use of a sitting sensor and another toilet device surely carrying out a flush by non-contact with an appropriate timing without providing a special will flushing sensor at a low cost. SOLUTION: When a detection sensor 3 provided for detecting the sitting of a user of the toilet device detects an object, an object discriminating means deciding whether the object to be detected is a person sitting on a toilet seat 21 or the human being holding up over the sensor is provided, and when the detection object is the human being holding up over the sensor, it is decided that the user has a will to rinse the toilet to have such a constitution that the toilet is rinsed.
