PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new composition having oxygen absorbing power, a laminated material containing a layer of the composition and a packaging material produced by using the laminated material, especially an oxygen-absorbing packaging material having excellent safety and transparency, having high oxygen-absorbing power to quickly eliminate oxygen in a packaged material and keeping the film properties of the packaging material. SOLUTION: The composition having oxygen-absorbing power contains (A) a thermoplastic resin having carbon-carbon double bond, (B) a thermoplastic resin other than the resin A, (C) an unsaturated fatty acid or a glycerol unsaturated fatty acid ester carotenoid, and (D) tocopherol.
