PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein an existing on-vehicle garbage can is prevented from falling by vibration during travel because it is fixed to a vehicle, but it takes time to detach it when throwing away accumulated garbage, and in the case of mounting a garbage can for home use to a passenger car or the like, it falls down by vibration. SOLUTION: This holding implement for the garbage can or the like is mounted to a carpet provided on the floor of the passenger car, using a fixing member, and the garbage can is inserted and held to the upper part of the holding implement.
