PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily load a battery in a battery device or to easily charge the battery without contaminating the sterilized device when the unsterilized battery is loaded in the sterilized battery device or when the battery is charged in a clean area. SOLUTION: A battery storage device 37 has a sterilized peel pack 38 with outside electrodes 39 and 40. The unsterilized battery 34 is stored in the peel pack 38, and the peel pack is sealed with the outside electrodes 39 and 40 in contact with electrodes of the battery 34.
