Sealant (I) comprises elastomeric molded body, which exhibits a layer applied by plasma polymerization. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a flap valve for the controlling of the passage of fluids through piping systems comprising an circular housing with a fluid passage, a flap valve is mounted with essentially round edge revolving around a breadth axis, to lock the fluid passage alternatively selectively or completely, and a seal from elastic material for sealing the fluid passage between housing inner wall and flap valve, where the seal from elastomer material exhibits a layer applied by plasma polymerization; and (2) the preparations of (I).
