FIELD: investigating strength properties of solid materials by application of mechanical stress, particularly to provide fire safety. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises cable with hook connected to the first device end and adapted to connect the cable to one member of structure to be tested. Device also has body on which hauling drum is mounted. The hauling drum is adapted to wind the cable and is provided with transmission mechanism to provide drum rotation. The device comprises two cable guiding rollers installed at different heights and rotated in opposite directions and link pivotally secured to body base by motionless end thereof. Swinging roller, which changes its position in dependence of cable tightening force change, is hinged to movable end of the link. The swinging roller center may perform reciprocal movement along arc of a circle having radius less than distance between circle center and straight line connecting centers of cable guiding rollers. Dynamometer is connected to the link. ^ EFFECT: extended range of structure loading regimes, increased accuracy of force determination without preliminary device regulation. ^ 4 cl, 6 dwg |
