<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coenzyme Q10-containing material that has a high absorption ratio of coenzyme Q10, provides high effect and has a slight waste. <P>SOLUTION: This coenzyme Q10-containing material is obtained by adding an extract of rhizome of Panax ginseng to coenzyme Q10.
