<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heat-dissipation performance and reactivity of a thermopositive element and improve mechanical strength in a battery case material wherein a heat dissipation layer is formed, and a lithium-polymer battery using this. <P>SOLUTION: This battery case material comprises a metal layer having a nearly even first surface and a nearly even second surface which is an opposite surface, the heat dissipation layer formed on the first surface of the metal layer with a constant thickness, and modified polyolefin formed on the second surface of the metal layer with a constant thickness. In the lithium-polymer battery, since a protection circuit substrate itself or the thermopositive element electrically connected with its outside is made to directly contact with the heat dissipation layer of the battery case material, the reactivity of the thermopositive element is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
