PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip which can be fixed to a member to be attached having a different thickness without being shaky. SOLUTION: The clip 1 includes a base section 6, a shank section 7 extending from the base section 6, a pair of locking legs 9A, 9B extending from the top end of the shank section toward the base section in such a manner that they go away from the side surface of the shank section, and a pair of elastic locking pieces 11A, 11B extending alongside of the locking legs from the top end of the shank section toward the base section in such a manner that they go away from the side surface of the shank section. The distal end of each locking piece is formed as a curved end portion 12 which is curved along the lower surface of the base section at a portion engaging with an edge of an attachment hole 5 of the member 3A to be attached in such a manner that the curved end portion comes closer to the side surface of the shank section. The curved end portion 12 has a resilience so that it separates from the base section and the shank section irrespective of the difference in thickness of the member to be attached when the curved end portion 12 engages with the attachment hole.
