PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-way diaphragm valve having simple construction for allowing easy design, disassembly and assembly of a piping system, effectively preventing the residence of liquid when incorporated in a device for distributing and mixing chemicals, in particular, and giving easy and reliable sterilizing treatment thereto with easy arrangement of separately required pipes. SOLUTION: First and second operating means (air cylinders) 300, 350 are used for independently thrusting or cancelling the thrust of locking positions 204 (204a, 204b) of a diaphragm 200 to independently cut off (close) or cancel the cut-off (close) of the communication between the first and second flow path chambers 111, 112 and between first and third flow path chambers 111, 113.
