PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that wet tissue used to completely clean the buttocks is not dissolved in water so that the flush toilet is stopped up while tissue paper is conventionally used for cleaning the buttocks after passing stools in a flush toilet with a bidet. SOLUTION: After passing stools, the buttocks can be completely cleaned with this wet tissue, and the used wet tissue is dissolved in water to be washed away in the flush toilet.
