PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a supporter for ED which can generate an erection without blocking the blood flow into a corpus spongiosum, prevents the blood in the erected penis from flowing out to a vein to maintain the erection by fastening an erected penis with a fastening section, and can be attached and removed easily. SOLUTION: A fastening band 2 of a supporter 1 which is attached to the base of the penis 10 before erection and maintains the erection by fastening a part of the penis 10 with the fastening band 2 is formed of a flexible material with a cylindrical inner surface. A flange section 4 is disposed outside of one end of the fastening band 2 and a pointed head releasing section 3 of which the radius of the inner surface is enlarged toward the outside of the cylinder is formed at the other end.
