PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a cassette 10, or the like for aligning/storing PTP packaged medicaments and securely discharging the medicaments from its head. SOLUTION: The vibration discharge cassette consists of an outer plate 11 for aligning/storing the PTP packaged medicaments 20, an upper frame 12 for stopping the stored medicaments from falling forward at the upper part of the opened front face 12a of the outer plate, an inner plate 13 on which the stored medicaments are mounted for advancing the medicaments when vibrated, and a vibration member 15 for vibrating the inner plate 13. With this structure, keeping of alignment of the medicaments 20, advancement of the aligned medicaments and successive discharge of the medicaments can be executed by means of the vibration. In addition, a retaining member 18 for retaining discharged medicaments is disposed in front of the opened front face 12a, so that the medicaments can be manually drawn out one by one or can be discharged by an automation mechanism easily and securely in either case by a discharge detection member or by stopping the vibration.
