FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: valve comprises housing made of step hollow bushing with threaded section and seals on the outer setting surfaces with radial discharging and central supplying passages, main, make-up, and auxiliary valving members, internal chamber, and radial openings for connection with the discharging space. The main valving member is provided with cylindrical and conical sections and axial throttling opening. The auxiliary valving member is provided with conical sealing surface and outer ring step. The step is loaded by the cylindrical compression spring whose opposite end abuts against bearing face of the control member of the valve. The valve is made of a block-module for permitting it to be directly built in the housing of the hydraulic drive and two axially aligned automatic devices for the control of the main, make-up, and auxiliary valving members having common chamber of control pressure. The control device has housing with the main seat, inlet and outlet spaces, and main and make-up valving members that separate the spaces. The latter are made in block as a plunger with inner through step bore. The device for control of auxiliary valving member has housing made of threaded bushing with guiding plunger cylindrical section and separating outer ring bore with radial through passages. The bore in the small step receives the seat. The bore in the large step receives auxiliary valving member with conical sealing surface for permitting its conical section to be in a contact with saddle-shaped surface of the bushing. The peripheral surface of the conical step (collar) is in a contact with the surface of the bore in the large step. The peripheral surface of the ring step is provided with longitudinal through semi-cylindrical bores regularly arranged over periphery. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability. ^ 1 cl, 2 dwg |
