FIELD: electrical engineering; switchgear and control gear. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed fuse switch has U-shaped case, insulating strip with at least one pair of contacts, cross-arm that mounts fuses, and disconnecting mechanism incorporating shaft and two levers fixed on opposite ends of shaft; levers have curvilinear section in which arc curvature ranges between pi/3 and pi, at least one center of curvature being offset relative to shaft axis toward end of curvilinear section.
