<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately set an optical positional relation among respective components, to reduce the number of components and to obtain superior heat radiation effect. <P>SOLUTION: A reflector 2 is composed by having first reflecting surfaces 3a formed inside by opening a front side and a lower part as a free curve surface, based on an ellipsoidal curved surface or a spheroid on the rear inside of an upper casing 11 arranged above an optical axis Z of a convex lens 6. A lower casing 12 connected to the upper casing 11 is composed by having a lower lens holder 8 supporting the lower part of the convex lens 6 in the front part, a light source mounting base 9 for fixing LEDs 1 in the rear part, and a heat radiation means 20 on the undersurface, including the light source mounting base 9 and by being formed integrally through die-casting as a whole.
