<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery system and transport equipment using the same which can reduce an amount of water discharged to the outside irrespective of a surrounding temperature. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel battery system 10 arranged along a flame of a motorcycle includes a fuel battery 12. A cathode 12c in the fuel battery 12 is connected to a switchable valve 42 and to the switchable valve 42, a radiator side pipe 44 which leads water and an exhaust gas including vapor discharged from the cathode 12c to a radiator 48, and an outside pipe 46 which leads them to the outside are connected.
