<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentrating method and a storing device of methane derived from swage sludge capable of easily removing carbon dioxide gas included in digestion gas, and capable of economically concentrating methane. <P>SOLUTION: The digestion gas including methane generated from the sewage sludge is preferably pressurized to 0.5 to 3.5 MPa by a pressurizing device 3, and is supplied to a DDR type zeolite membrane 5. The carbon dioxide gas in the digestion gas passes through the DDR type zeolite membrane 5 so as to be separated and removed, and the methane gas is concentrated. The concentrated methane gas is charged into a methane adsorption and storage tank 9 without raising the pressure again, and the methane is adsorbed by an absorbent such as active carbon, and is stored. The DDR type zeolite membrane 5 is superior in water resistance compared to an organic membrane, and thereby it is suitable to be used for digestion gas including moisture, and it can be used in a high pressure condition, and thereby methane concentration can be raised, and methane storage efficiency can be enhanced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
