PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an alarm from stopping before ensuring the effect of the alarm by efficiently utilizing the photographing function of a cellular phone with the photographing function. SOLUTION: An alarm generator 16 generates an alarm when a time set in a timer 15 comes. At this time, an alarm stop photographic message output 17 outputs the message of an alarm stop photographic condition to a user. When the user performs photographing corresponding to the photographic condition with an image pickup 11, an evaluation value generator 12 generates an evaluation value on the basis of image data acquired by the photographing. This evaluation value is compared with a threshold in a comparator 13, and when the evaluation value becomes not less than the threshold, an instruction of stopping is output to the generator 16.
