PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a blotch from being formed around spacer particles after a drop which is discharged onto a substrate surface and stuck is dried by improving dispersion stability of spacer particles in the drop. SOLUTION: Provided is dispersion liquid which contains spacer particles and a dispersion medium and is used to arrange the spacer particles on a substrate by an ink jet method. The dispersion liquid contains a mixture of 95 to 74 wt.pts. ethylene glycol and 5 to 26 wt.pts. water (100 parts by weight of ethylene glycol and water). COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
