PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which is simple and inexpensive, and facilitates introduced draining of rainwater falling on a forest road etc. SOLUTION: The structure is formed of a fixed mount 2 which is embedded in the forest road so as to diagonally cross a road surface 1, an elastic film 3 archedly bulging from an upper surface of the fixed mount 2, fixed sub-mounts 4 pinching both sides of the elastic film 3, and a bolt 5 rigidly fastening the mount and the sub-mounts together. When a motor truck or the like passes the structure, the elastic film 3 is dented, but in normal times the elastic film bulges and facilitates introduced draining of rainwater at the time of raining.
