The hydraulic drive arrangement has servo unit which has electrically controlled proportion valve (32). The rotation angle position of cable reel (2) is recorded by rotary input type encoder (60). The electronic control and regulation device steers proportion valve. The drive motor (4) strikes with minimum torque in case of unwound cable reel and strikes with high torque in case of wound cable reel.
