The flap has a profile with aerodynamically operating curve made of flexible and thin material. A supporting frame (4) is provided whose curve is adjusted according to aerodynamic requirements at a dragging kite. Forces of the flap acts over a distance segment and occurs at a front tube of the kite for providing deflection for a user by flying lines, force distributor and movable fixing sector.
