<p>A packet sorting section (39) sorts the input packets into pass packets, management packets and so forth. The pass packets are sent through the packet sorting section (39) and an output packet distributing section (46) to a transmission priority control section (51). The management packets are sent through a packet authentication section (44) and the output packet distributing section (46) to a management control unit (45). The management control unit (45) interprets the management packets and outputs a management communication transmission packet. The management communication transmission packet is sent through the packet distributing section (46), a transmission packet authentication section (49), and an authentication packet creating section(50) to the transmission priority control section (51). The transmission priority control section (51) transmits the management communication transmission packet precedently to the pass packets.</p> |
