<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to suppress deterioration of operability due to output reduction of a power supply in a control device to control a power supply having a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply control device to control the power supply provided with the fuel cell and a heating part to heat the fuel cell is provided. This power supply control device is provided with a required electric power determining part to input an operation input from the outside of the power supply and to determine the required electric power to the power supply according to the operation input, and a power supply operation part to operate the power supply according to the required electric power.
