<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the life of a battery by using a prescribed auxiliary means for the battery. <P>SOLUTION: A solar battery 33a consisting of a plurality of panels is mounted on the outer surface (a side face 33b) of a battery storage part 33, and the solar battery 33a is connected parallel to the battery 34.
