APPARATUS AND METHOD OF JUDGING SCENE, PROGRAM FOR PERFORMING THE METHOD IN COMPUTER, INFORMATION DELIVERING APPARATUS AND INFORMATION DELIVERING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus of judging a scene which judges exactly the scene where significance is high at the time point of changing from the contents showing a changing scene.

SOLUTION: The apparatus of judging the scene includes: an expression part 1 which includes a video image and a text, and represents the change of the content to which metadata are added as a state transition using the metadata; an attribute judging unit 2 which judges the significance of the characteristics of a group and a person who comes into a play in the content of the contents; a prediction judging unit 3 for judging an important scene by analyzing the prediction significance which is the significance of a scene before the transition based on the state where it is predicted that it occurs after the transition by the state transition expressed by the expression part 1; and an progress judging unit 4 for judging the significance of the progress scene as significance to which the scene progress, on the basis of the attribute significance which is judged by the attribute judging unit 2, and the prediction significance of the scene which is judged by the judging unit 2.
