PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a frame 93 so that its corrected part is known when the bloodshot eyes image of an object image 78 is corrected. SOLUTION: Whether or not there is the part of the bloodshot eyes image in the object image 78 is detected. When there is the part of the bloodshot eyes image, the part of the bloodshot eyes image is corrected. The frame 93 is displayed on the surrounding of the corrected image 92 so that it may be understood that the image 92 corrected in the bloodshot eyes image is corrected. The frame 93 shows that the correction of the bloodshot eyes image is made for the image 92 inside the frame 93.
