PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sodium sulfur battery cell preventing an increase in the internal resistance of a positive electrode where sodium polysulfide is produced and enhancing the efficiency of electric power storage, and to provide a sodium sulfur module and a sodium sulfur battery. SOLUTION: The sodium sulfur cell 11 is equipped with a cylindrical container 20, a cylindrical solid electrolyte tube 21 loosely inserted into the container 20 and having sodium ion conductivity, sodium 22 housed in the solid electrolyte tube 21, sulfur 24 housed in the container 20, a negative electrode terminal 25 electrically connected to the sodium 22, and a positive electrode terminal 26 electrically connected to the sulfur 24, and the negative electrode terminal 25 is installed in the upper part of the solid electrolyte tube 21, the positive electrode terminal 26 is installed on the bottom of the container 20, and a connecting part 32 arranged on the side of the container 20 and standing up to the height of the negative electrode terminal 25 is connected to the positive electrode terminal 26.
