PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design support program and a design support method that can verify conveyance mechanism control software, and can verify especially, roller speed control efficiently. SOLUTION: During a verification process of conveyance control of virtual paper P, whether or not a plurality of virtual rollers R1, R2 are conveying one sheet of the virtual paper P is determined, if determined that the plurality of virtual rollers R1, R2 are conveying one sheet of the virtual paper P, whether or not there is a speed difference exceeding an acceptable speed difference between the virtual rollers R1, R2 is determined, and if determined that there is a speed difference exceeding the acceptable speed difference between the virtual rollers R1, R2, warning is displayed on a display part.
