PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device for a wheel with a rotation speed sensor improving durability and reliability by making it lightweight and compact, and preventing a foreign matter from entering a detection part. SOLUTION: The bearing device for the wheel with the rotating speed sensor comprises a magnetic encoder 23 outer-fitted to an inner ring 6, a fitting ring 13 mounted on the end of an outward member 4, and a sensor holder 12 comprising a holding part 14 coupled thereto and embedding a rotation speed sensor 16 facing the magnetic encoder 23. A seal 11 is fitted to the fitting ring 13 and the inner ring 6, comprises first and second ring-like sealing plates 19 and 20 arranged mutually oppositely. The second sealing plate 20 has a cylindrical part 20a outer-fitted to a small diameter stage part 6b of the inner ring 6 and a vertical plate 20b extending outward of a radial direction therefrom, and slides seal lips 21a-21c vulcanized and adhered to the first sealing plate 19 thereon.
