PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion fuel combustion device capable of being stably burnt without using a complex means, and exercising superior original characteristics of an emulsion fuel such as low NOx combustion and stabilization in combustion. SOLUTION: This emulsion fuel combustion device comprises a tubular flame burner 1 having a tubular combustion chamber 3 opened at its one end, a nozzle 9 mounted toward the tangent direction of an inner wall face to blow an oxygen-containing gas to the other end of the combustion chamber 3, and an emulsion fuel injection valve 11 mounted on a peripheral face same as the nozzle 9, and an emulsion fuel supply means 2 for supplying the emulsion fuel to the injection valve 11.
