PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bushing attaching machine capable of improving working efficiency in attaching a rust-proof bushing by promoting restoring of diameter reduction of a diameter enlargement elastomer after the rust-proof bushing is plastic-deformed while reducing the operation powers required for compressing the diameter enlargement elastomer, with the rust-proof bushing surely and strongly plastic-deformed into a coming off preventing state at the through hole of a fluid pipe. SOLUTION: A diameter enlargement elastomer 34 for deforming, by enlarging diameter, a rust-proof bushing 6 by enlargement outward in radial direction which follows a relative proximity movement is provided between both pressurizing plates 32 and 33 that are free for inserting/removing in axial direction from the rust-proof bushing 6 inserted in a through hole 5 on the peripheral wall of a fluid pipe 1 while free in relative movement in the axial direction.
