PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a building such as a multistory building and a superhigh multistory building, even on a site where an underground buried structure (a shield tunnel such as a subway) exclusively possesses an underground part. SOLUTION: A series of groove straddling the underground buried structure 30 is excavated in an upper ground part of the underground buried structure 30 by muddy water excavation from the ground surface, and a reinforcing member is arranged in this groove, and a grating-shaped pressing-down means 2 adjusted to a groove shape is constructed by placing concrete. When excavating the ground corresponding to an underground part of the building 35, since the upper ground of the underground buried structure 30 is pressed down by the pressing-down means 2 by precedently constructing the pressing-down means 2, a rebound of the ground can be restrained when excavating, and upfloat of the the underground buried structure 30 can be prevented, and the building such as the multistory building and the superhigh multistory building can be constructed.
