PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twist lock device which can dispose a lock part at the regular fixing position, and can surely fix a mounted object on a base while mitigating manufacturing accuracy. SOLUTION: In the twist lock device 1, a twist lock 3 is provided on the base A, and the twist lock 3 is composed of a shaft part 31 turnably supported on the base A, and the lock part 32 provided on one end of the shaft part 31. When the mounted object is mounted on the base A, the mounted object is fixed on the base A and the fixing is released by engaging and disengaging the lock part 32 with the engaged pat B provided on the mounted object by the turning movement of the shaft part 31. A boss 2 is screwed on the base A, the shaft part 31 of the twist lock 3 is inserted into the boss 2 integrally in the rotation direction and slidably in the axial direction. Furthermore, a spring member 4 is interposed between the other end of the shaft part 31 and the boss 2 so that the shaft part 31 can move to the lock part 32 side against the energizing force by a predetermined distance.
