PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sulky type mobile agricultural machine enabling the floor of an operation part to be formed in a high floor flat surface, realizing favorable getting-on/off and riding comfort of the operation part, and preventing lowering of the minimum vehicle body height from the ground while having an engine rotation automatic deceleration mechanism decelerating engine rotation automatically by steering of a steering wheel at a set angle or more. SOLUTION: In this sulky type mobile agricultural machine, the machine body is steered by the left and right rotation of the steering wheel 24 fitted in a steering wheel column 17, and a steering device and an accelerator device are connected through the engine rotation automatic deceleration mechanism so that the engine rotation is decelerated automatically when the steering wheel is steered to the left or right at a set angle or more. The engine rotation automatic deceleration mechanism and the connection part between the same and the accelerator device are provided between the upper part and the middle part in the steering wheel column 17 so that the floor of the operation part can be formed in the high floor flat surface without vertical protrusions.
