PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer laminate having an insulative property as a windowpane, assuring reversible change for a long time even if power is supplied for warming and having an electrode terminal which is simply manufactured, the inventory control of which is easy and which has a sufficient endurance life after installation and to provide a window using the laminate. SOLUTION: A multilayer laminate is made by making a laminate comprising a substrate with a transparent conductive layer and an opposite substrate and formed by laminating and sealing a water-soluble polymer between the two substrates with disposing the transparent conductive layer to the outside and further providing a transparent substrate to the above laminate with a gas layer in order to add a heat insulating function.
