PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet excellent in environmental safety and enhanced in interlaminar bonding. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet 1 is constituted by laminating an ink layer 11 having a solid ink layer 3 and/or a pattern ink layer 4, an adhesive layer 5 and a transparent resin layer 6 on a base material 2 in this order and at least one of the ink layer 11 and the adhesive layer 5 is formed using an aqueous coating agent containing an aqueous compound having at least two carbodiimide groups in one molecule thereof.
