PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood component sampler easily and surely sampling an appropriate quantity of blood components in conformity to the specifications for pharmaceutical preparation. SOLUTION: This blood component sampler 1 is provided with a blood component sampling circuit 2; and the blood component sampling circuit 2 is provided with a centrifuge 20, a first line 21 having a sampling needle 29, a second line 22, a third line 23, a plasma sampling bag 25, an air bag 27b, an intermediate bag 27a, a thrombocyte sampling bag 26, a leukocyte removing filter 261 and a bag 28. The blood component sampler 1 is further provided with a plasma supply line bypassing the centrifuge 20 and connecting the plasma sampling bag 25 to the intermediate bag 27a, and a quantity regulating means regulating the quantity of a thrombocyte preparation to be sampled in the thrombocyte sampling bag 26 by supplying the plasma in the plasma sampling bag 25 to the intermediate bag 27a via the plasma supply line.
