PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed easier to rise by lowering the lowermost position of a lower back support frame from a conventional one in a bed changeable to a chair style. SOLUTION: The bed includes a means for drawing a leg support frame comprising supporting the leg support frame 6 at a sliding frame 4 longitudinally moveably provided inside a base frame 3 provided on a bed frame by a pair of right and left back link arms 89 and front link arms 90, drawing the leg support frame 6 from a forward swinging-up state downward by the end of the front link arms 90 entering a space between front and back cam plates fixed on the base frame 3, looping a rope body around rollers pivoted on the leg support frame 6 and longitudinally apart from each other, pivoting the end of a drawing pipe 84 pivoted on the sliding frame 4 on a part of the rope body and fixing a fixing member gripping the leg support frame 7 that is slidably provided at a part of the opposite rope body.
