A curable composition contains a bituminous substance (A) and a saturated hydrocarbon polymer (B) having a reactive silicon group represented by general formula (1): <?in-line-formulae description="In-line Formulae" end="lead"?>-Si(R<SUP>1</SUP><SUB>3-a</SUB>)X<SUB>a</SUB> (1) <?in-line-formulae description="In-line Formulae" end="tail"?> (wherein R<SUP>1 </SUP>is a C<SUB>1</SUB>-C<SUB>20 </SUB>alkyl group, a C<SUB>6</SUB>-C<SUB>20 </SUB>aryl group, a C<SUB>7</SUB>-C<SUB>20 </SUB>aralkyl group, or a triorganosiloxy group represented by (R'O)<SUB>3</SUB>Si-; when two R<SUP>1</SUP>s are present, they may be the same or different; the three R's each represent a C<SUB>1</SUB>-C<SUB>20 </SUB>monovalent hydrocarbon group and may be the same or different; X is a hydroxyl group or hydrolyzable group; when two or more Xs are present, they may be the same or different; and a is 1, 2, or 3).
