<p>A basic pattern generation device (81) generates a film particle basic pattern (86) having a random noise histogram almost identical to film particle basic pattern information (53). The film particle basic pattern (86) has [64 × 64] pixels, from which an area of [16 × 16] pixels is cut out and supplied to a multiplier (84). Intensity information (88) is generated according to the film particle intensity information (54) created at the encoding side and an average value (87) of the pixel value of the area of the [16 × 16] pixels of decoding image information (42). According to this intensity information (88), intensity of the basic pattern (86) is adjusted. The film particle image (89) which has been subjected to intensity adjustment is added in pixel unit to the area of the [16 × 16] pixels of the decoding image information (42) by an adder (85).</p> |
