<p>The invention concerns an inner panel (3) for a motor vehicle hood (1), comprising cavities (4a, 4b, 4c) whereof the concavity is designed to be oriented towards the hood skin (2), wherein at least one cavity (4a, 4b, 4c) is closed at least partly by at least one reinforcing plate (5a, 5b, 5c), which is assembled by a rigid connection to at least two opposite ends of the cavity. The rigidity of the hood inner panel can be locally adjusted in a simple and inexpensive manner, without substantially modifying the structure and properties of the hood. The invention also concerns a hood provided with such an inner panel.</p> |
