<p>A vertically movable body is provided in an elevator shaft. The vertically movable body is moved up and down by a lifting/lowering mechanism installed in the elevator shaft. The lifting/lowering mechanism has a drive device including a drive sheave, a main rope passed over the drive sheave and suspending the vertically movable body in the elevator shaft, and a tension pulley over which the main rope is passed and applying tension to the main rope. A projection section is projected from a side section of the vertically movable body. One end and the other end of the main rope are connected to the projection section.</p> |
