<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that sanitation management at home is important since it is gradually known in recent years that grown bacteria and residual pesticides, and the like, have adverse effects on health. <P>SOLUTION: A home sanitization treatment apparatus is provided with: an apparatus body box 3 having a UV shielding function; a square plate-like placement member 37 made of metal mesh for placing a material to be treated such as food or dishes; a photocatalytic material 39 carried on the inner surface of the body box 3 and the front surface of the placement member 37; UV irradiating parts 31, 33 for irradiating the material to be treated and the photocatalytic material 39 with UV-C; air inlet 15 and outlet 19 which are formed in the body box 3; and an air sending fan 43 for promoting the circulation of the air in a treatment space 5 and the outer air via the inlet 15 and the outlet 19. The home sanitization treatment is made compact and yet effectively performs reduction of the residual pesticides, the sterilization of the food and water, and the like, and sanitization in a room, which are required in home sanitization management. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
