<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine such as a pachinko game machine which eliminates the troublesomeness in the checking work required for the adjustment of the game nails by enabling the easier and smooth determination of whether the adjustment of the game nails should be necessary or not. <P>SOLUTION: As for at least one out of a plurality of game nails 8a-8j to be adjusted, the result of the measurement pertaining to the conditions of the game nails inputted is compared with the information for the game nail adjustment of the game nails involved as stored in a game nail adjustment information memory means 43 and the pieces of information 92c and 8x based on the result of the comparison are displayed as images in a display region 15a which is made visually recognizable on the rear side of the playing area 4a where the game nails are arranged through a light transmitting member 14.
