SEAMLESS GLOVE OR SOCK, AND METHOD FOR KNITTING THE GLOVE AND THE SOCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seamless glove or sock improved in silhouettes of its finger tips when worn.

SOLUTION: The seamless glove or sock is knitted using a flat knitting machine which is provided with at least a pair of front and back needle beds extendable in a horizontal direction and facing each other in a longitudinal direction, and designed so that at least one of the front and back needle beds is applicable to horizontal racking and applicable to stitch transferring between the front and back needle beds. The glove or the sock is structured as follows: a finger bag for each of the fingers is knitted so as to turn around after knitting out the finger tip so that a part knitted with the needle of the front needle bed appears at one side of the right and left sides of the finger tip part of the cylindrically knitted finger bag, and a part knitted with the needle of the back needle bed appears at the other side thereof when worn.
