PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic resistor easily produced at a low cost without being affected by temperature and humidity. SOLUTION: The capacitor microphone unit including the acoustic resistor in a sound wave introducing path from a rear acoustic terminal to a rear side of a diaphragm includes: a through-hole 21a included in the sound wave introducing path; a printed circuit board 210 wherein a pair of solder pads 211 are formed on one component mount side 210a opposed to each other with the through-hole 21a inbetween; and a chip component 50 soldered to the solder pads 211 in a way of being arranged on the through-hole 21a so as to produce a predetermined air gap between the chip component 50 and the component mount side 210a.
