PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote operating computer system executing remote operation in which increase in the load of a managed computer is suppressed between computers in which the sorts of operation information of operation input devices are mutually different. SOLUTION: A managing computer 11 acquires the sort of operation information of a managed computer 15 by inquiring the managed computer 15 at the start of remote operation. During the execution of remote operation, the managing computer 11 converts operation information inputted from its own operation input device into the sort of operation information of the controlled computer 15 and sends the sort-converted operation information to the managed computer 15.
