PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging system capable of externally notifying an unauthorized action with respect to a charging device. SOLUTION: The charging system is formed by connecting a copying device 2 to the charging device 1. The charging device 1 has: a securities feeding section 11 feeding a securities; and a securities authentication unit 12 verifying whether or not the fed securities is of a normal one. The copying device 2 has: a transmission means 21; and a control section 22 notifying a manager of the unauthorized action by referring to information on the unauthorized use sent from the charging device 1.
